1 Effective 30/09/2009, the fund name of Schroder MPF Capital Preservation Portfolio has been changed to Schroder MPF Conservative Portfolio. The fund does not guarantee the repayment of capital. Fees and charges of a MPF conservative fund can be deducted from either (i) the assets of the fund or (ii) members' account by way of unit deduction. The Schroder MPF Conservative Portfolio uses method (i) and, therefore, unit prices/NAV/fund performance quoted have incorporated the impact of fees and charges.
2 Schroder MPF Capital Guaranteed Portfolio invests solely in an insurance policy issued by ING Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (“ING”) and therefore your investment is subject to the credit risk of ING. The guarantee available under the policy is subject to certain conditions and the credit risk of ING. For details of the guarantee conditions and the guarantee features, please refer to section 13.5.1 (on pages 8 and 9) of the offering document.
